What to expect when you schedule your APPOINTMENT
1. Schedule Your Appointment
We will help you schedule your appointment on your preferred day. Pat will come to your home and diagnose the problem. It might be able to be fixed at the same time if the parts are possible.
2. We Alert You When We're on the Way
On the day of your appointment, we will call you when Pat is on his way if you request. However there is always an unforseen glitch, so we do the best we can to keep on schedule!
3. Quote & Execute Your Work
We will provide to you (on major projects) an estimate by snail mail or email as soon as possible. Some repairs can be completed on the day of your appointment.
